Buenos días, ¡ Excelentísimo Gobernador Banco de Inglaterra Andrew Bailey,a través de la Historia hemos visto proclives en base a hechos que han provocado la desolación e incertidumbre económica , política y social, pues teniendo y colocando la Inglaterra como ejemplo mostrando como se forja este gran imperio económico pues deja de lado la violencia y despojo sobre tierras y derrame de sangre sumergido en la mas vil actuación. La economía Inglesa representada por la Monarquía y el Excelentísimo Boris Johnson actualmente se establecen desarrollos en pro de generación de Bienestar social , de un lado la dura tarea de enfrentar situaciones que abarcan la realidad social y de otra que ventajas impulsan ese desarrollo global,púes bien es el caso como todo país en sus procesos La República Bolivariana de Venezuela no escapa de situaciones adversas,que ha sobrevenido, cuando la desacreditan a través sus gobernantes pues bien lo dicho por"La Teoría de los sentimientos morales (1759) es un libro sobre ética del economista y filósofo moral Adam Smith." la voz interior que dictaría la propiedad o impropiedad de las acciones. cito así lo siguiente " un Ser grande, benévolo y omnisciente se determina por sus propias perfecciones a mantener en el Universo y en todo tiempo “la mayor cantidad posible de felicidad”. Este Ser ha puesto en el hombre una guía infalible que lo dirige al bien y a la felicidad, y esta guía es la simpatía. La simpatía es el don de vernos a nosotros mismos como los demás nos ven: es la capacidad de convertirnos en espectadores imparciales de nosotros mismos y de aprobar o desaprobar nuestra conducta según sintamos que los demás simpatizan o no con ella.
“Cuando examino mi conducta y quiero juzgarla, y procuro condenarla o aprobarla, es evidente que yo me divido en cierto modo en dos personas, y que el yo apreciador y juez tiene un objetivo diferente del otro yo, cuya conducta se aprecia y juzga. La primera de estas dos personas reunidas en mí mismo es el espectador, cuyos sentimientos intento aprehender, poniéndome en su lugar y considerando desde él mi conducta; la segunda es el ser mismo que ha obrado, al que llamo yo y cuya conducta intento juzgar desde el punto de vista del espectador”.
Evidentemente, si la simpatía ha de servir de criterio efectivo para la valoración moral, es necesario presuponer el acuerdo entre el espectador que cada uno lleva en sí y los demás espectadores, o sea, las demás personas que juzgan nuestra conducta. Este acuerdo es presupuesto por Smith, el cual ve en la simpatía la manifestación de un orden y armonía providencial que Dios ha establecido en los hombres. Con todo, Smith no niega que el acuerdo entre el espectador interno y los externos pueda faltar también en algunos casos, y que, por consiguiente, la conciencia interna del individuo, que es su tribunal interior, pueda estar en oposición con el juicio que sobre él formulen los demás.
En este caso, el juicio de la conciencia queda oscurecido y desvirtuado por el juicio de los demás, y su testimonio interior duda en aprobarnos o absolvernos. Sin embargo, este testimonio puede permanecer firme y decidido, como puede ser también sacudido y confundido por el juicio ajeno.
“En este último caso la única consolación eficaz que le queda al hombre abatido y desgraciado es apelar al tribunal supremo del juez clarividente e incorruptible de los mundos”. La apelación a este tribunal inaccesible envuelve la dificultad en que se halla la doctrina moral de Smith ante la hipótesis de un funcionamiento imperfecto del orden establecido por Dios entre el juicio moral del individuo y el de los espectadores. Pero, en realidad, a juicio de Smith, este imperfecto funcionamiento del orden preestablecido sólo es una hipótesis abstracta, ya que él está profundamente convencido de la infalibilidad del orden preestablecido.
Esta convicción, como se puede observar, domina también su doctrina económica. La riqueza de las naciones está fundada, en efecto, en el supuesto de un orden natural, de origen providencial, que garantiza la coincidencia del interés particular con el interés de la colectividad.
Siendo así la República Bolivariana de Venezuela ha pasado hacer por el vértice irregular, criticada de verdad o mentira , pues bien si observamos lo que es la carta constitucional mientras esta permanezca estriba que si se esta cumpliendo y que en virtud de lo que a la razón jurídica se establece dramáticamente el único Presidente que ha sido elegido hasta ahora de la República Bolivariano de Venezuela y que se sostiene bajo el manto de la transparencia legal es el ciudadano sr Nicolas Maduro Moros, democraticamente elegido por voto en pasadas elecciones realizadas en transparencia constitucional, siendo así es el único que por derecho jurídico velo constitucional reitero sopesa como presidente de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela .
Ahora bien pese las relaciones económicas, todo país en disposición de libertad soberanía económica puede depositar confianza en la que considere aliados estratégicos para ampliar el valor monetario de sus recursos, y reclamarlos cuando bien lo considere sujetos a su potestad económica cabe destacar que el Gobierno legitimo de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela no esta usurpando Funciones y esta dentro de su derecho de soberanía financiera actuando en el marco de la Ley por lo que su recurso financiero depositado en el el Banco De Inglaterra es inalienable e in traspasable a terceros sin que esta lo autorice pues bien estaría violándose las leyes de jures financieras internacionales .
Como Economista ciudadana Venezolana solicito al Banco de Inglaterra desglosando así mediante esta breve exposición una revisión pues bien la economía presente no puede ni debe regresar a la historia medieval de la campañas de Vikingos saqueando arcas de terceros y ejerciendo el vandalismo financiero pues siendo así el Banco de Inglaterra estaría perdiendo credibilidad financiera económica, .
Creo Profundamente en la resiliencia financiera en retomar estas circunstancias cualitativas y cuantitativas para corregir cualquier mal entendido , y citando una vez mas la Moral de un Gobernante se le de el debido respeto al Excelentísimo presidente de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela Nicolas Maduro Moros .
El Banco de Inglaterra estoy segura debe hacer una verificación jurídica de los hechos , el mercado financiero no debe volver a la época de las cruzadas Vikingas de ello estoy muy segura la soberanía jurídica financiera de cualquier país debe ser respetada.
La economía es compleja me someto a la norma y reconozco la constitución como la mejor carta y val en el respeto moral de ser ejercida

As a Venezuelan citizen economist I ask the Bank of England thus breaking down through this brief exposition a review because the present economy can not and should not return to the medieval history of the Viking campaigns plundering coffers of third parties and exercising financial vandalism because thus the Bank of England would be losing economic financial credibility,.
I believe deeply in the resiliency of these qualitative circumstances and quantitative to correct any misunderstanding, and citing once again the morality of a ruler, due respect is given to His Excellency President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro Moros .
The Bank of England I am sure must do a legal verification of the facts, the financial market must not go back to the era of the Viking crusades of it I am very sure the financial legal sovereignty of any country must be respected.
